It is quite an adjustment to leave the city
of Denver, Colo. and set up fort in Mullen,
Nebraska.
You are either "born to be" or have quite
an incentive to succeed in business these
days. Mullen has produced a good living.
HELLO! My name is Clif Hendrix. I was
born Sept. 24, 1959 to William and Leona
Hendrix in Keystone, Nebr. I am the oldest
of five (5) children. I graduated in 1976 from
Paxton High School. Paxton, Nebr. is 30
miles west of North Platte, Nebr.
I left for school to be an Auto Body
technician in Oct. 1978. I attended Laramie
Wyoming's Technical Institute in Laramie,
Wyo. My education was completed in May
1979. I moved back to Nebraska. I worked at
Kohl Motors Body Shop in Ogallala, Nebr.
for several months. I then moved to beautiful,
colorful Colorado. I was employed with Kl-8
Motors from March 1980 until April 1986. My
job was restoring autos, one of a kind or
special interest automobiles. A few examples
are a '61 Bentley Convertible, a '62 R R Silver
Cloud and Reggie Jackson's '72 Corniche
Rolls-Royce.
As of May 6, 1987 I purchased Mullen Auto
Body Shop from Harold and Yvonne Moy. I
have a 24 hour tow service and numerous
capabilities of auto repair and for replace-
ments.
The body shop had been here in Mullen for
10 years prior to my purchase. Business has
just been spectacular and I enjoy living here.
I look forward to many happy years to come.
