DUTTON, JAY AND TONYA (BOYER)

Jay Dutton is the son of Marjory and Neal
Dutton. Jay was born August 12, 1949 in
Mullen, Nebraska. He attended the Mullen
Schools, Chadron College and Scottsbluff
Community College. Jay worked in Dutton's
Grocery Store before it was changed to the
Rustic Restaurant and Lounge. Jay has been
active in the Volunteer Fire Department,
served as Mayor of Mullen, and other
community projects.

Jay married Tonya Boyer in July 15, 1972.
Tonya is the daughter of Fred and Martha
Boyer. She was born 1947 in Mullen.
Tonya attended schools in Mullen, Gordon,
North Platte Junior College and Chadron
College. She taught school for 10 years before
working in the Rustic Restaurant and
Lounge.

Jay and Tonya have two children, Danell
Lynn, born 1974 and Jaylene M. born
1978.
