Bill Pile Family, 1987. Lila, Tommy, Bill and Brian.
Bill grew up on a farm in Banner County,
Nebraska. He graduated from high school in
1967. He attended North Platte Junior
College and graduated in 1969. He then
transferred to Chadron State College and
received his Bachelor's Degree in Business
Education in 1971. He earned his Master's
Degree in Business Education as well as
Supervision and Administration in 1977.
Lila grew up on a farm in Logan County,
Nebraska. She graduated from Arnold High
School in 1967, North Platte Junior College
in 1969, and Chadron State College in 1971
with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Educa-
tion.
Bill and Lila were married August 14, 1971,
prior to their senior year of college. After
graduating they moved to Harrison, Nebras-
ka where Bill was business teacher and coach.
Lila taught part-time secretarial classes.
Both of their children were born while they
lived in Harrison - Thomas Jason was born
1974 and Brian Michael was born
1977.
The family moved to Mullen on July 25,
1979 where Bill took the position as high
school principal and wrestling coach. He is
currently working on Specialist's Degree
from Kearney State College which he should
complete in the summer of 1988. Lila re-
turned to teaching in 1979 as Media Special-
ist, working in both the grade school and high
school.
