Frank, Marie and Rosella Sexton

Francis (Frank) and Gladys Sexton Wedding 1986

Francis LeRoy "Frank" was born Dec. 14,
1914, south of Mullen on his parents Elick
and Florence (Guest) homestead. Attended
the VanDuesen school to Eighth Grade. Elick
passed away March, 1950. Florence passed
away Dec. 18, 1949.

Frank married Marie Huss Nov. 9, 1935 in
Alliance, Nebr. daughter of Robert and
Barbara (Adamson) Huss. They bought his
parents place in 1943, where they lived until
May 1981 where they moved into town. To
this union they adopted three children,
Rosella in 1946, Rachel in 1952 and Harold
in 1952.

Frank served on A.S.C. "Agriculture Sta-
bilization Committee" eleven years, also was
on Hooker County Commissioners" three
terms. .

All three children attended school in
Mullen, Nebr. Rosella was born
1946, married Gary Boots in 1962. They have
three children Kevin, Cynthia and Lisa. They
reside in Alliance, Nebr. Rachel was born
1948, married Joe Otero, they have
two children Patricia and Tony. They reside
in Scottsbluff, Nebr. Harold was born Jan.
30, 1950, married Kathy Moore, they have
two children. Richard and Shirley. Later he
married Cathy, they have two sons, Justin
and Dustin. They reside in Alliance, Nebr.
Harold passed away March 31, 1979 in
Alliance Ne. He is buried in Mullen, Nebr.

Rachel and Harold are both brother and
sister.

Marie passed away October 5, 1985. On
August 30, 1986, Frank married Gladys
Swain. They lived in Mullen, Nebr.
